David founded the Altus Agency in 1988 as a design shop specializing in collateral and promotional materials for companies with direct sales forces. Under his leadership, the Altus Agency has evolved into a full-service, multi-disciplined, integrated marketing communications agency.
Jim oversees the creative team to develop the agency's creative product for clients. He also works hands on with our clients to make sure that all needs are being met and the creative goals are on track. Jim conceptualizes, develops and brings every aspect of marketing creative to life.
Rita is the glue that holds the Altus machine together. Her extensive experience in traffic and production management makes her a vital part of the agency team. Rita is a loving mom – at home and in the office – but she knows how to speak loudly and carry a big stick when needed.
Jon develops and manages public relations and social media campaigns for all of our clients. In today's world, content is king.
Rob has an extensive history of developing new business, forging relationships with clients and cultivating sales channels across competitive markets. With over 14 years of experience in digital strategy and application development services, Mr. Hubley is accountable for meeting all of our client's technology needs.
Becca works with our "Beltway" clients. She has a great understanding of how customers interact in the marketplace.
Ali is our social media and email marketing specialist. Combining her creative skills and business knowledge, Ali develops integrated marketing strategies to effectively communicate across all channels.
Jim takes care of our clients in the South East region of the States. He loves to ask us how the weather is here in Philly.
Other than playing with Tess, Alex helps out in every aspect of the company, including building strategic social media campaigns and managing print media for clients. Alex hopes to someday run his own ad agency.
Jimmy works and coordinates with our clients to get all of their marketing needs implemented. Jimmy spends his free time working out and working on his car.
Pam handles all things financial at Altus. She has a special love for animals and always has a smile on her face!
